Ms. Erin M. Fallon, CCE, PSP, CCCA is a Project Manager/Business Development Manager with The Duggan Rhodes Group. Ms. Fallon’s construction consulting related experience includes CPM scheduling and claims consulting services, specifically CPM schedule analysis and assessment, construction-related damage quantification and evaluation, and claim entitlement assessment. Ms. Fallon has provided consulting services in relation to power plants, sport stadiums, correctional facilities, elementary and secondary schools, transportation projects and sewage and sanitary facilities. Ms. Fallon’s specific construction and claims consulting experience includes the entitlement analysis related to $40M in claims associated with a professional baseball stadium and the CPM schedule analysis review and assessment related to over $70M in claims associated with a flat products steel mill facility. In addition to her construction consulting experience, Ms. Fallon was previously employed by Bayer Corporation as a Project Engineer. While at Bayer, Ms. Fallon assisted in the optimization of an operating polyurethane production plant, as well as the design and implementation of a polyurethane plant and water treatment plant expansion. Ms. Fallon is a board member of the National Association of Women in Construction, Pittsburgh chapter and is a member of the Engineering Society of Western Pennsylvania. Ms. Fallon graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. Ms. Fallon is a Certified Cost Engineer (CCE), a Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) and a Certified Construction Contract Administrator.


Christopher A. Jones, MBA is the Director of Operations of The Duggan Rhodes Group. As Director of Operations, Mr. Jones plays an integral role in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and establishes key firm-wide operating disciplines. Mr. Jones is responsible for the overall management of company operations, including oversight of the firm’s administration, human resources, information technology, and all financial functions. More specifically, Mr. Jones is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm profitability and cash management, the general oversight of the annual budget and strategic planning meetings, recruiting, training and professional development. Since joining DRG in 2006, Mr. Jones has led the way and directed the efforts in the establishment of an integrated operational foundation and has developed sound processes, procedures, and systems built to support the firm’s short and long-term strategies. These enhancements to DRG’sinternal processes and procedures serve to support DRG’s team of professionals, and in turn, allow them to place their entire focus on servicing clients and providing best in class consulting services. Mr. Jones holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Duquesne University. Mr. Jones is also a graduate of Saint Vincent College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Mr. Jones is currently pursuing his CMA® (Certified Management Accountant) certification and is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants.
